| Applied Intuition |
Intuition, visioning and knowing how to use intention are vital tools to take you from surviving to thriving. They put you in the driver’s seat of your life, by first creating the map, then guiding you along the path to your destination. “The intuitive mind will tell the thinking mind where to look next.” Jonas Salk
Each of you has it - you were BORN with it. It’s a sense – just like hearing, vision, touch, taste and smell. Most of us have been trained to discount it, because it’s not “logical.” Many are surprised that you can train your intuition by learning to recognize your own intuitive voice and distinguish intuition from wishful thinking and fear. It’s honed through knowing how recognize your intuitive voice and inviting it to speak, practice, setting clear intentions, and living with awareness .
Not all intuitive experiences involve dramatic events, pre-cognitive dreams, or visions. Most are subtle realizations that you “know” something without knowing why. It’s might be a feeling, the wind against your skin, a tingle in your body or a “gut” feel. You can reclaim this powerful ally to assess everything from relationships to business opportunities. Sometimes, it can even save your life or the life of someone you love. |

“The moment of truth, the sudden emergence of a new insight, is an act of intuition. Such intuitions give the appearance of miraculous flashes, or short-circuits of reasoning. In fact they may be likened to an immersed chain, of which only the beginning and the end are visible above the surface of consciousness. The diver vanishes at one end of the chain and comes up at the other end, guided by invisible links.”

Intentions: Bringing Dreams Into Reality |
Intention is getting a lot of press these days, but the concept of creating or impacting your real world via your thoughts and emotions has been around since the beginning of time. In recent history the practice of using intention has been coupled with: |
- Positive thinking
- Awareness
- Being present
- Law of attraction
- Quantum physics
- Visioning
|
Every day and in every breath we have the opportunity to make choices about how we will think and feel. Feelings can be changed and thoughts are not always truth. Quantum physics proven the relationship between thought, emotion and outcome. If you are experiencing repeated external successes or challenges, rest assured it’s related to outlook, expectations and emotions.
Thought process can be changed, and with it your body chemistry, your sense of emotional well being, and your life. These changes in your internal world create changes in your external world: including health, financial well-being, relationships, business and happiness. So how does one go about that? The concept is so stunningly simple, yet the application in moment-to-moment terms requires a paradigm shift and a level of consciousness about our thoughts and emotions that must be and can be trained. Focus On Space can help you create the life you love, through the process of using the “law of attraction” - and the laws of physics.

| Quantum Touch |
Quantum Touch is a method of healing in which “practitioner learns to focus and amplify life-force energy, which is most often referred to as “Chi” or “Prana”. This is accomplished by combining various breathing and body awareness exercises. When the practitioner holds a high vibrational field of life-force energy around an affected area, through a process of resonance and entrainment, the client naturally matches the vibration of the practitioner, allowing one’s own biological intelligence to do whatever healing it deems necessary.”

As a Quantum Touch practitioner, I’ve been amazed at the range of life experiences that can be impacted using this technique. While it’s primary application is healing the body, the ability to focus and move vital life-force is a powerful technique that can be used not only to heal others, but also to heal oneself. The very act of raising the vibrational level of your own energy allows you to: |
- Re-energize yourself throughout the day
- Shift your state of emotional wellbeing
- Strengthen your intentions and attract the life you want
- Send positive energy to situations and events
- Help family members and pets
|
I’ve re-vitalize dying plants, changed the quality of the water I drink, sent healing energy to my children at a distance, energized participants in classes I teach, cleared stagnant properties – in addition to the standard applications for pain, disease and illness. The technique is easily taught and offers a technique, which Normal Shealy, M.D. states “may truly allow us all to become healers.”

| Creating A Life Plan |
There is a saying that “you can create or have whatever you want in life – the problem comes in know what that is.” Most of us have learned to life in “response mode,” If you were a computer, this would be called “default,” meaning you let someone or something else define your choices. Doesn’t sound like a good plan to me…. Instead of wandering through life responding to other’s ideas of what you can and cannot do, deserve, is reasonable or logical, why not create your own plan, based on what makes your heart sing?
Each of us has the right and the capability to create a life we love. It’s a three step process: |
- Determine what it is you want
- Vision it, feel it – get excited about it
- Act on it.
|
The Life Plan is the first step and asks that we really immerse ourselves in the process of determining what we want in the Nine Life Domains of: |
- Career
- Self Knowledge
- Family
- Wealth
- Reputation
- Relationships
- Creativity/Future
- Benefactors
- Health
|
The next is to create a story of what we want life to look like as a whole, and to release outdated paradigms we may have learned in childhood, failed marriages and relationships and jobs. Some rules we learned in childhood may have served us well when we were dependent on others for safety and welfare. As adults, we have the option, freedom and responsibility to create new ones that nurture and support us as self-actualizing, spiritual beings.

| Transcending Divorce: Optimum Living |
Women have a particularly hard time getting re-focused after divorce because we often have put our own lives on hold for the needs of others and have given little thought to the life we would live if we could design it. My approach with divorced women has evolved from my own experiences, counseling and re-building of a life while raising two teenage sons. I know this approach works, because I’ve lived it, field-tested it and seen the results in myself and others. Faced with redefining ourselves as a totally autonomous individuals, I’ve heard divorce described as the final leap into true adulthood where we have full responsibility for actions and consequences - and it is daunting on many levels. The sink-or-swim method can be terrifying.
No where are emotions more polarized than in the aftermath of divorce – regardless of how civilized or incendiary it was. It’s hard not to be caught up in blame, regret and fear – even if we are sometimes excited about the adventure to come. That’s why it’s helpful to have a mentor to guide you through discovering and creating a new life characterized by livelihood you love, healthy relationships and healthy children.
After my own protracted divorce, my attorney and others kept saying you have to “forgive,” “let go of your anger” and “move on,” but there was no blueprint for doing that and the standard “forgiveness” model didn’t help. I had no information about shifting my thoughts and emotions. I know now – was paramount to transcending my divorce.
The tools I discovered studying brain chemistry, spiritual practices, Quantum Physics and Feng Shui helped me construct a life of my own choosing, while giving my children strengths which launched them into a healthy adulthood and finally, I would like to share these tools with other women creating new lives for themselves. These tools are powerful in their own right, but combined they offer a synergistic effect that is truly life changing and empowering. They give your dreams the gift of wings. |
