Managing the precious recourse of time involves multiple systems. Most approaches have us look at goals and priorities, learn to use devices and the more linear aspects of arranging our schedules. While these are useful tools, they are after-the-fact and what is needed are foundational tools which allow us to manage our energy, brain power, focus, spirit and environment, all of which honor the individuals innate process and support life-long use.
